I'm guessing that all the running through the reeds and grasses has just stripped the hair off my PP pup but just to be sure any other pp owners notice hair loss during hunting season. Mostly around his eyes and legs the soft hair is mostly gone.
Thanks

I would say because of the hunting, my griff isn't far from looking like a shorthair as the season goes on.

Boy, I don't know. My DD looks the same at the end of the season as the beginning, except for all the new scars.

I notice it most often after hunting through the swamp reeds and the rougher grasses around the swamps. My GSP loses a lot of hair in his pits and his nose, I don't notice around the eyes though. This probably sounds stupid but what is a P.P.? I've seen it on the forum before but don't know what breed it is.
