texas quail report

just got back from Throckmorton. not good.
we hunted 7 solid hours and busted 1 covey. the same area last year yielded 5-7 coveys. the covey was only 8-10 birds.
after asking in town about day leases, everyone talked to said they didn't have any birds and weren't offering day leases this year. I've heard ALbany is much the same.
anybody up for a woodcock trip to east texas?
