35 pheasants up 11 in the freezer. First hunting dog, a GSP, just over a year old. We are having a BLAST! Oh, and about 12 quail in the freezer, too many up to count LOL!

20 pheasant in the freezer and missed as many, some geese and a duck smoked and eaten. Only skunked once and that was b/c I missed a couple grouse. Late season just coming in so plenty of days left. All this on my new pudelpointer. She is just over a year old.

My season hasn't been that productive about thiry quail in the air and 0 in the freezer. My shooting has really deteriorated since I was out without a dog for a while. I will take my ridicule like a man. The new dog and I are having a good time though. We will get it done soon.

Must be something about the cackalacky blood. My boy has hunted his butt off for me in his first year, but my shooting has not done him justice.

Over 20 wild pheasants. Crapload of preserve birds, not even counting those.

5 huns and 3 sharptails.

1 barn pigeon that buzzed me right after I loaded the shotgun next to the car.

Kansas, dog having trouble this year, not sure why. Quail numbers in the Wichita area are great.

Flushed over 25 pheasant, but only 3 roosters (all of which ended up in the freezer). Flushed 12 ruffies, none of which hit the ground. All of this over my springer that's not even 9 months old yet.

Hunted 5 days in SD, 12 roosters bagged. Hunted two and a half days in MO, 2 roosters and 7 quail bagged. The best part about this season was that I have seen more birds in Missouri than I have in the last 5 years.
