I was just wondering if anyone here had hunted pheasants around Graham County in Kansas. Just wondering how your experience was there.. Thank you...

Have a lot of private land in western Graham city, hunted the opener and headed elsewhere on Sunday. Very dismal.

I use my 28 ga ll the time for Pheasants. I use a #6 3/4 ounce load on pheasants and a 7 1/2 on QUail.

That part of the state generally has decent bird populations. I am south central KS and birds were low this year. I heard good numbers were in the NW counties this year.
