Two adult males, orange and while, owner surrender. Owner said they were taken out once and pointed a bunch of birds... that's the extent of info known about them; appear to have just been outdoor/backyard dogs that will need training for everything. Will be vaccinated/microchipped/neutered.

One female around/under a year old. Tri color. In process of being transferred from original shelter to busy/crowded foster home, so not much known about her yet. Will be vacc/chipped/spayed.

One female, guessed to be 4-5 yo, black and white. Sweet, friendly, small, loves attention. No cats Appears birdy and interested in outdoors. Will be vacc/chipped/spayed.

These setters are headed to ID but foster/adoption not limited to that state.

More pics of Sage and Boss. Brothers, born in 2007, owners gave papers to the shelter. Sire: Fast Action Jackson (Poker Straight Flush x Poker Straight Destiny) Dam: T's Miggit Chrissy (3xCH/3xRU CH T's Gunrunner ((11xCH/RU CH/FTHF Tekoa Mountain Sunrise x Lookout Mona)) x T's Miss Chrissy), bred out of Utah. Foster homes says they have very nice temperaments, just no training.

Such a shame that people abandon beautiful things like these. I really hope they end up in good homes, hunters or not.

Corry, I agree, and thank you, bmcox! These dogs are still needing foster homes asap. It's not working out where they are (8 dogs on a city lot, citations from AC...).

I understand if people can't help out (we can't take one either, though I truly wish we could), but if folks can pass the info on to anyone who might be slightly interested, I bet we'd find someone able to open their home to one of these beautiful setters!
