What do you think of Ithaca skb SxS

I am looking to buy a SxS. Saw an Ithaca skb 100 12 ga. with imp cyl/mod. fixed chokes at a local shop for $500.00 in good shape. I really liked the feel of the gun. Can anyone give me some advice on this. From what I have seen that sounds like a good price. What do you think? Thanks!

Have known several people with SKB O/Us. They were rock solid. Don't think you can go wrong there.

Buy it! I've owned a few Ithaca SKB's SxS's, I haven't had a problem with them.

I own an Ithica skb 100 12ga. Its very nice but I no longer use it for grouse because it is very heavy. We cover alot of groung several days a week and it gets a bit much. Thats my only complaint. Not the prettiest gun I've ever seen but that doesn't meen much!
