help pricing a Citori

Post by JimB » Wed Dec 03, 2008 6:34 pm

I have a 28 ga Citori that I adore, but might have to sell....I can't find any info what price to place on it. Any ideas ? I guess it's a field grade as it has no markings, it's 26" barrel w/fixed chokes, in great condition.

Despite fixed chokes, I'll go 150.

Japanese or Belgium? Ok...175 for the Belgium.

On the more realistic approach, without doing any research, you should be looking for at least a grand I would think.

I would go to gun broker dot com and do some searches. Try current auction and completed auctions and see if anything comes up. That will give you an idea of what the market is willing to pay.

Well...OK, I'll go to 200. It's Xmas time you know and money is tight these days.

If your is Belgium, you could have a decent collectable there. Most of the newer one come with screw-ins. I guessing you have a Belgium gun?
