Franchi customer service - had to share

Post by millerms06 » Fri Apr 19, 2013 8:34 am

So I had expressed concern to a Franchi rep about a part on my Affinity 12gauge that had absolutely nothing to do with the gun's performance. Their reply was what is your address and serial number of your gun so we can send a replacement. That is what I call customer service! They could have said if it doesn't affect the gun operation, it is what it is. But they didn't and it took me completely by surprise.

I had the same excellent service both from Franchi and Beretta---in my opinion, the service cannot be beat!
