Too many guns in the safe...

Here's a very nice Simson 12 ga...made by Merkel. Same as the Merkel Model 147...this is an extractor gun with 28" barrels choked M/F, straight stock 14 1/4". Except for the ventilated pad, its all original and in excellent condition...no pits, dents, rust, very slight handling marks, etc. The better wood is unusual - Simsons normally had plain Jane lumber. 6lb 10oz...great for phez/sharpies on the prairie. How this has not been snatched up yet is beyond me - very fair price for a fantastic shotgun in a great configuration.

Somebody in need of a great sxs should be looking at this one pretty hard..

I have a Simson 12 ga as well..a GDR gun..it is better made than my modern Merkel 47E 20 ga

(For those that are not aware, this IS a Merkel shotgun)
