What do you do with your dogs?

Just curious to see what everyone does with their dogs? Whether they just test them? Hunt them for pleasure and to bring home food?
How many use their dogs to guide with/pleasure and food category to I guess??

I hunt some for pleasure. If your hunting birds for food, that is awfully expensive food. Used to do NSTRA and AKC. Both can be a lot of fun but both are very expensive. Used to judge Pointing dog Test's. Lot of fun also and a bit cheaper than trials, walking or horseback.

I hunt my dogs and screw around with AKC hunt tests occasionally.

Mostly just hunting for fun and getting outdoors. Plain just like watching the dogs in the field, the fresh tasty game is a bonus. Still new to the bird dog scene, but could definitely consider trials later on.

Field Trial, Hunt Tests, Obedience, Hunting..... oh yeah, and just generally get out have fun afield.
