Live Chat Times

I've had several requests for a semi formal time that everyone could do a live chat. After looking at the stats on the site, it seems like we get most of the visits from 9am-1pm EST and 9pm EST.

So, I would like to get an idea of what would fit most schedules.

I think during the 9am - 1pm EST times most folks are at work or in class, checking in periodically during downtimes. The 9pm time would probably be better for everyone to actually sit down and chat.
