5n1 vaccine question...
If it's been 2-3 years since I've given my 2 dogs (3yr old and 7yr old) the 5n1, do I need to give a booster after giving the 5n1 or can I just wait till next year to give another?
Re: 5n1 vaccine question...
I think I would give them 7 or 8 way shots---it protects against more stuff than the 5 way does  . Also the shots now a days have protection from 4 types of Lepto instead of 2 types of Lepto that the old shots have. I'm sure a vet on here will chirp in and let you know. All this is JMO.

Re: 5n1 vaccine question...
I've already given the 5n1 to both dogs already. My feed store only has 9n1 and 5n1. Next time I'll look for the other and see how it can benefit the dogs. I'm just concerned if I should give another 5n1 as a booster is a few months since its been so long since I've given the 5n1 to the dogs
Re: 5n1 vaccine question...
I never found the dogs needed vaccinated when they were older unless it was required for some event.

It's not how many breaths you have taken but how many times it has been taken away!
Has anyone noticed common sense isn't very common anymore.

no, you don't need to give a booster later.
