Worm Infestation Problem

Worm Infestation Problem

Postby Montana » Wed May 16, 2018 11:41 am

Anyone have a problem with their dog becoming resistant to Drontal -Plus? I wormed my dog two weeks ago and this morning her stool was full of worms.... Looked like roundworms and segments of tapeworms. I went to my vet and we're trying Panacur.. hopefully this will work. If not, does anyone have any suggestions?

were the worms dead? Maybe she just now passed the dead worms. Also, tapeworms will require re-treatment 3 weeks later because the praziquantel only kills a certain stage of the tapeworms.
