Re: JOY HI ENERGY
What are the ingredients in Joy? If there is not a good meat source as the first ingredient, I would not use it. I think a lot of the good premium feeds are overpriced.

Re: JOY HI ENERGY
first ingredent is meat and bone meal
Re: JOY HI ENERGY
Here are the first few ingredients of Joy's High Energy food.
Meat and Bone Meal, Ground Yellow Corn, Ground Wheat, Animal Fat (preserved with mixed-tocopherols and citric acid), Corn Gluten Meal, Beet Pulp, Chicken By-Product Meal, Natural Flavor, Fish Meal, Flaxseed Meal, Canola Oil,
Not that great of a list as far as I'm concerned. To much grain and not enough meat for me.

MikeB, Luckily they make it for your dog and not you. I prefer Top Sirloin myself.

It's not how many breaths you have taken but how many times it has been taken away!
Has anyone noticed common sense isn't very common anymore.

Re: JOY HI ENERGY
smitty, chicken meal is usually considered sl better than beef and bone meal as the first ingredient, a point that can be argued. Some don't like a lot of corn, but if it's processed well, I don't think it is a problem for most dogs.

LOL.... Yeah I like good ol red meat too. BUT... I wouldn't feed that dog food to my dog.
