What do you do?
I have a female i just pulled some pups off of. She produced a ton of milk and is now bagged way down and not sure how much she will draw up. What do you guys do to help have tried some things in the past on dogs but I have never really seen it help much. I guess some dogs after a litter just never draw back up. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks

Re: What do you do?
I don't have a suggestion but I do have an observation.
The last litter was a first time litter from a seven year old female. She bagged way down. She progressed about like this:
1. after the first two months she'd come up about 1/2 way
2. after four months she was still down about 1/4 of the way
3. by about six months she'd tightened back up nicely and is only left with somewhat enlarged nipples (about 3/8" wide by 5/8" long and a little excess mammary tissue towards the rear.
She's the dog in the photo on the right. At the time of the photo she was about half way though the pregnancy.

I am sure all bodies react differently. You will just have to wait and see.
