You should be able to get it at any farm implement store, such as IFA, Tractor Supply, Orshlens, etc... or the website of any of those stores. I am sure if you type it into Google, you will get quite a few options.

1800PetMeds

You might find the paste a lot cheaper and easier to use if you have a few dogs. $5 - 8 will take care of several dogs for more than a year.

Yes, but since the stuff is so cheap compared to Heartguard I bought the brand name Zimectrin (not GOLD) for $8 which is made by Merial. I use 1/4 click once a month. This works out to about 1,000 micrograms. I have a 90lb dog so this a few times more than the dose in Heartguard.

I went over the dose with my Vet and I suggest you do the same.

$8 for about 2 years worth is bargain. It would last longer but the expiration is 2 years.

I got my supply from my vet. A 50 mL bottle for $90. One dog and the bottle should last about 5 years. Just lay a very small amount on the tongue from a dropper once a month. Once or twice a year crank it up a notch.
A good bird dog is always the right color
