Treats

Post by mcbosco » Wed Jun 22, 2011 7:31 am

My dog was never much for treats. However I found these freeze-dried meatballs that come in 6 varieties including Cheeseburger & Philly Cheesesteak. They come nicely packaged so they would make a nice holiday gift.

I make most of my GSP's dog treats. I realize that not everyone has time for this but I find she loves them and besides I love to bake. I have made lots of different treats but I find sometimes that some of these recipes on the internet aren't proven and don't always come out.

Anyhow here are some of the doggie treat recipes I have made for her along with recipes and pictures incase anyone is interested:

A big thank you to byrdgirl ! My boys had a blast making the dogs their treats . The boys 8 and 11.5 did all the work well i turned the oven on and took the hot pans out.
The small ones the boys said are for when the dogs sit and the big bone shape ones are for their bedtime snack.
