I keep hearing about fish oil tablets for a dogs coat. Can anyone tell me about the name of the tablet and what's the cost.

Thanks,
Brian

You get them from WalMart in the human vitamin isle.

If there is a Costco near you (Brentwood, Memphis) they have probably the best deal on them. (Kirkland brand)

GNC is WAY overpriced IMO.

Probably so. I get mine from Vitamin World; that is, I get joint soother and ester-c from Vitamin World. My dog's coat looks great just with the food he's on (has herring meal and a balanced Omega 3- 6- and 9-acids) so I don't mess with the fish oil.

Safflower oil is a wonder oil, too. My dogs got a little bit of dandruff in the nasty dry Arizona winter, and after about 3 days of 2-3 tbsp in their food, it cleared up. Can get a bottle for about $3-4 at any health food or most grocery stores.
