Victor Dog Food

Post by mcbosco » Sun Jul 17, 2011 5:27 pm

Anyone ever see or know this stuff. My brother in Texas was asking me about it. Looks pretty good. I like the beef, chicken & pork combo.

It is priced like Loyall & Diamond but the GF's are more. CC must know it.

How did your brother find it. The Ultra Professional looks impressive to me. Any idea how long they have been making dog food? You have a brother in Texas and never told us? You had credibility with me before, but now the arrow on your credibility meter went up several notches :D

Yeah he lives in Richardson, been there a good 10 years sells software. He seems to like the heat!!!

Not sure how he came across it but it is made in Texas. That formula looks potent just enough starch to hold it together.

Looks like good feed. What are the prices since you mentioned it?

I have fed the 26/18, 24/20 and 30/20 formulas. the 26/18 here is $26 and the 30/20 is $27 I have not seen the GF formulas at the local dealer. I feed the 26/18 and the 30/20 dogs do well on it, my two trial dogs are on PP Performance, that is what they were on and doing well so I didn't change but based on working other dogs with the trial dogs I would say the Victor feeds very similar in the kennel, haven't feed it on the road to a large string of dogs to know how they stand up to the strain of being on the circuit on it. I do know the dogs sure seem to prefer taste of the Victor though.

Prices seem reasonable. Again, most dogs do well on most good feeds.
