Anyone ever deal with MAAK for pets ??

I ordered a couple weeks ago some things from MAAK for pets but still havnt recieved them they said they shipped first class mail on the 12th , i think i should have recieved them by now if they had ..but maybe the mail is slow ..Just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this company before and if they recieved or had problems recieving products from them or not ??

For anyone interested I did get my products but they were very slowly shipped from another country :evil:
