Re: Peanuts
Peanuts should not be a huge issue other than a possible upset stomach. But there are some nuts that can be toxic to dogs.
Re: Peanuts
First of all...wow that's a big GWP!!!
No you're not in any trouble. I wouldn't want a dog eating a whole jar or anything, but a tiny handful won't kill them, and really I doubt you'll even notice a symptom in terms of digestion. Perhaps a fart late in the evening that clears the room

Re: Peanuts
Peanuts are in a lot of dog products. Hill's used to use peanut hulls as a fibre source in some of their prescription formulas before they replaced them due to human allergy concerns. My dogs love to eat whole peanuts. Some shell them, some don't.
Shouldn't be an issue.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It wastes your time and annoys the pig.

Could you please post a photo of this dog??? My GWP pup is a little over 50 lbs and I don't think he's going to get much bigger - did I get a runt, or is this one particularly huge?????Colo kid wrote:90 lb GWP got into some peanuts out of a dish on the coffee table, I think he only ate about 6 or 8.
