Stretching my athletic gsp?
She's my first GSP to raise from a pup and is EXTREMELY energetic and has incredible endurance. I've noticed at times she will limp a bit shortly into some sessions as if she pulled something. I slow her down and let her "walk it off" but I want to make sure I couldn't be doing any more to ensure her well being. Thanks for any help!

My GSP was the same way, and ended up with bicipial bursitis (tendonitis in her shoulder) after only 2.5 years!
Massage any areas that feel as though they might be stiff or have knots.
Range of motion stretching.
Ice after exercise to reduce inflammation and act to numb any pain she might be experiencing but not showing signs of.
Good luck!

nails, pads, interdigital spaces, tendon or ligament injuries and joint subluxation could all contribute to what you are describing. I have a little female that gets some kind if hitch in a hind leg and when it happens, she will extend the leg backwards and you can hear the snap.
