Not sure about effectiveness but you can buy it anywhere and for a fraction of what you would pay at the vets. Check Amazon....lots of reviews.

I have been using it when needed for a few months now, got a supply from our Purina rep when he came to a training day.

This product is intended to treat temporary problems, although theoretically you could use it everyday.

If you have a dog with loose stools there is some other issue needing attention. Eating too much, parasites, sensitivity to the protein in the current food, etc.

Received a free sample pack recently. Some friends told me it was good stuff if your dog experienced stomach upset due to change of foods or being on meds. Tried it out recently when one of my dogs had to take antibiotics. She seemed fine, though maybe she wouldn't have had a reaction either way.

+ 1 but I would say when I have needed to use it I saw some results

I looked into Forta Flora and decided that it wasn't much different than probios, other than cost. Probios powder was a fraction of the cost and available at my local Tractor Supply. I sprinkle the powder on my dogs food and doesn't affect the rate that they wolf it down.
