Protein article

A very good read with some simple, easy to grasp concepts.

In the article it indicates that egg is one of the top sources for protein. I was wondering, how do you go about giving your dog an egg? Do you hard-boil the egg and just him the whole egg to eat, or do you crack open a fresh egg over the top of his food?

I love eggs myself and eat eggs quite often due to my workout regime requiring a strict diet. I'd love to give my dog this opportunity to eat eggs!!! :-)

Some people do put raw eggs on dog food. I have seen a dog that died from saminella, from eating eggs, so I would not do it myself.

Never give the dog a raw egg, things in that sucker that will do him great harm.

Lots of times I will in cooking breakfast, cook an extra for Bud. He loves them and they are good for his coat.

Every weekend we are home the wife cooks up an egg for the dog and puts it on her food. NO RAW eggs.
We have done something with nothing for so long we are now qualified to do everything with anything....
