Cottage cheese

Post by Ranger351 » Fri May 04, 2012 10:52 am

Read it in a previous thread and heard a few talk about buttermilk or yogurt and one said he used cottage cheese. I'm curious on info or opinions or both on if and if so how beneficial this is. Thanks.

Cottage cheese is great protein and extremely low in lactose, so yeah great. I can even eat it.

Cottage cheese does not have the live bacteria of yoghurt or the enzymes of buttermilk, but is an easily digested protein source.

Cottage cheese is good but I would rather feed dog food and you don't need both.
