Any opinions on this stuff. According to commercials it covers more than the rest. Is it any good?

Do you need something like that in your area? What kinds of pests do you deal with?

Never would have thought that given the climate. Well the CDC reports only one human case of Lyme in the whole state in 2010.

I just switched to AdvantixII from Frontline, and so far no fly bites on the head. See how it goes over the next few weeks.

You have that big of an issue in Mesa? I have been here 30yrs never had an issue and never used anything on any of my dogs.
We even have flood irrigation in the house we are in now (14yrs) no issues. Scorpions yes but not the other. No issues up in the White
Mountains either that is one plus to AZ compared to other places in the country with bug issues.

Well fleas seem to be a problem from all the rabbits and coyotes where I been going and I've only been out once this year I haven't had to pull at least one tick off. As far as mosquitoes they're bad most every year. I live not far from the Salt river so that may account for some too. I'm out at the lakes and rivers a few times a month and always come across them in the warmer months. Just saw hartz ultragaurd pro tonight and bought some. I'll give baths tomorrow and try it out.

There is a reason K9advantix is much more expensive than Hartz. I have tried Hartz products several times over 25 years of foolin' with bird dogs. I never seen any proof of flea control. You get what you pay for.
