Water with mosquito larve

I'm in the process of moving out of state so it is a little crazy around here to say the least.

My kids' sand box still had water in it from a rescent rain. The dogs have been drinking out of it for a few days. I know I should have been more on top of the situation but the packers are here now and we're out in 2 days. When I was cleaning out the sand box tonight I noticed some mosquito larve in the water.

Can dogs handle this or do I need to run to the vet in the middle of all the chaos around here? Two full days of travel could be tough on all of us if the dogs have upset stomachs, or worse.

shouldn't be a problem. have you ever seen whats in the water you drink?

I travel a lot with my job so I try not to drink too much local water just for that reason. Thanks for the help.

I see you're in Pike County. We're moving northwest of Chicago.
