Skin related stuff can be very frustrating. Before you go the route of medication.

Try to eliminate all beef, chicken, eggs and chicken fat from her diet.

Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach would be a good choice.

Does she have an red skin areas?

Is there anything environmental you can think of? What type of bedding do you use? Are her ears infected?

I have a good article on our drtims.com site about allergies that would be a good read for you on your itchy dog and how to try and understand what is happening. Here is a link:

Look for the itchy pet and how to figure it out. I could post the whole thing here if the moderator thinks it might be helpful for all.

Hypothyroidism can also cause this.
Actually lots of possibilities.
What has your Vet said about it ?
What kind of fish oil are you giving ? (brand, source of oil, EPA : DHA ratio, other ingredients )

I have a Gordon that has allergies. Though he doesn't have those same symptoms. I would try a food free of Soy, Corn and Grain and see what happens. I feed Native #3. my $0.02
