I noticed this a couple weeks ago. Not sure what the heck it is. Doesn't seem to bother her though. Any ideas? thanks

Your image isn't very clear, but I would guess that's a pedunculated wart.
But for sure, if it grows, bleeds, weeps, or otherwise gets angry, have your vet take a look at it. A professional opinion is worth way more than some random yahoos'
