Under pressure from investors demanding growth, Nestle (Purina) is looking to acquire Champion (Acana, Orijin) dog food of Canada. Estimated to be a 2 Billion dollar deal.

It's the way of the world these days. So be it! Not necessarily a negative unless you don't like Purina.
