Can we pin the polls at the top?

The ACL poll and the spay/neuter poll - can we pin them so that we can get as many votes as possible for them?

It was pointed out in the ACL poll you needed more than 5 votes to get a good survey - and its true! So if we could pin them, then over time, we might just be able to get a good survey.
Sometimes she wished she were sleeping with the right man instead of with her dog, but she never felt she was sleeping with the wrong dog.

Sure I see no reason not too. I also see some posting in writing their observation but they appear to not be logging a number into the poll. Poll numbers and written accounts don't seem to add up. ..."pear"
