Gun dog Clubs/ Field Trials in Southern Oregon?

Hey guys,

I am from the southern Oregon area and was wondering if anybody knew of any Gun Dog Clubs and Field Trials in my area? Seems like there is never anything going on in my area, but maybe I am not asking the right people. Any info would be appreciated! Thanks

Check the AKC website as I know they have a number of trials in that area. Lots of clubs with lots of dogs and very competitive

The brittany club is holding their trial this weekend up in Madras.

The GWP club is on the 18-20th

In May there will be one every weekend for the first 3 weeks in Madras. 2 horse back and one walking.

Go to one or all of them and meet some club members and check out some FTing.

I believe that there's a NSTRA (If that's your flavor) event in Vale Oregon this weekend. Check out the NSTRA website.

Also, there appears to be a lot of active dog clubs in this area (OR,ID, WA, and No. CA). If you drive to the Boise area there are 3 in April, April 18th-20th, 21st-25th and 26th-27th all in the Marsing area. Just 9 miles from the OR border. It appears you've been talking to the wrong people.

There is a NSTRA trial in Vale this next weekend, and two weeks later there is one just north of Eugene. Check out www.nw-nstra.org
