I don't know any trainers in NV or UT. How far are you from AZ?

I have an EP. Is Dave worth the additional $200. I was also referred to Rich Robinson in ID. Has anyone used him?

I know Dave and Rich both. Both are class people and outstanding trainers. Rich always has a lot of dogs, but don't let that worry you, he usually has two or three full time trainers working with him as well. CR
There's a reason I like dogs better'n people

Ditto on Dave Walker, he's great, and yes he's worth the extra 200 and probably a lot more. :) :) :)

There are those on this board that would disagree that Dave gets the job done and does it well BUT to that I say that 1) they have never met the man in person, 2) never run against the man's dog's in competition 3) has only experienced what green broke dogs can do when they first return from training.

I know Dave well. I know that he is an excellent trainer and have seen for myself the quality of the dogs he turns out as both companion hunters and field trial CHAMPIONS. Yes...Dave is worth that extra $200, especially if you have the opportunity to go up and work along side of him for the last little bit of the training process....which is vital to the success of any training program in my mind.

Don't know Rich personally but have seen too the quality of dogs he puts out as well. Both are excellent trainers.

I think I am going to go with Rich, I have heard alot of really good things from him. I wanted to go with Yallawac but the extra cost to ship is too high. It seems there are ALOT of really good trainers out there. I will let you know how it works out. Thanks for the advice and tips.
