Where is the Silent Command System Voulme II??

I have all of the available Hunt Smith DVD's. However on my silent command video there is an intermediate volume II shown, but I cannot find that it is available. It seems like alot has been left out of the foundation video, (like using the e- collar for enforcing the whoa command). Does any one know if this DVD is available?

It has not been released yet. Last I talked to Ronnie, they did not have a date set.
