Some Training Pics

Post by Iowa » Wed Feb 02, 2011 5:04 pm

On some homers at the kennel club. My 4 yo V started to creep after a long week in Iowa with roosters running on her all day. A few days and she is back to normal.

She is looking good.
So yur profile says you live in Mo, but your user name is Iowa? Kinda confused. Do you live here or just like to hunt here?

Ha! I've confused a few people with that. I live in MO, originally from IA and have Farms in western Iowa where I hunt.

Nice photos Iowa. It seems you don't see alot of vizslas with a high head, high tail on point. None of my 3 ever had the high head, high tail. Any photos from other vizsla guys with a high head, high tail?
You could live without a dog, but it would not be worthwhile.

Eh still too much tail for me :) love that intensity though. My buddy has a viz and shes a good hunter but geeez "velcro vizsla" doesnt even begin to describe it haha

Her tail is long for a V. Not sure what the breeder was thinking other than she turned out to be 2-3" taller and longer than all the little mates.

They are velcro dogs!

I hope my little girl is as stylish as yours when she gets older! Yeah, velcro dogs is a big understatement; I haven't peed by myself since I brought her home!

That made me laugh and it is so true. My two v's are the same way.

Here is a pic of Nittany (left) and Blitz. This is about as high as they get their tail and head get.

This is one of my favorite pictures of Blitz
