Northeast Missouri Training Club

I have been looking for a training club in Northeast Missouri but have not had any luck finding one. Does anyone know of any in the area? If not would there be any interest in getting a club started?

You know I'd be in on it! It would be nice to share resources and work together on training these beasties.

We do have a NAVHDA Club that meets up in our area - the MO Uplands Club. One of the hosts is one of my Quail Forever chapter officers for the St. Louis QF chapter. Lots of NSTRA folks up here and in Clarence area... don't know of much to our west??? Heggemeiers in Higbee has a lot of club events/shoots - and is getting into UKC birddog events as well. But not much in the way of "formalized training club" in the area.

Why not just come over the Brown County Hunting Dog Club in Kansas? Already started and and footwork is done!

That would be great if it wasn't a drive. I was hoping to find something within a 45 mile radius but I do plan on making your next trial, just make sure that you have puppy stakes.

Arghh Chris - 6 hours round trip.... that's the reason. When is your trial though? I'm keeping the GSP pup I thought I'd get rid of. Maybe I could come over for the event... but still trying to finish MH on my Vizsla this spring, so might not work out for me.
