House trained is becoming untrained

Chelsea is five months old springer. Doing great. We thought we had everything under control as she was not peeing in the house any more. Since a week ago, we are having accidents almost every day (once). We take her out she pees. We bring her in and five minutes later, she pees in the house. There has been no change in her life or diet or exercise. What can this mean? We have had her since she was 12 weeks old.

I wouldn't over analyze it. Just keep an eye on her water intake. Water in, water out.

Does that mean Urinary tract infection? But it only happens maybe once a day. Could that be it?

Sounds health related. If she's emptying herself outside, there's no reason she should be going again in the house.

It sounds like you should have her checked out to be safe, but she could just be marking. My pup was house trained, then started marking in the house at about that age. They pee in smaller amounts when they mark. This is more common with males, but females will also mark.

Sounds like a UTI. I had a pup do the same thing.
