As the title says. In the market for a collar and wanted some opinions on a good but reasonable priced collar.

If you want to save some $ over new, look at refurbished units from Collar Clinic. Otherwise, look at the entry level models from TriTronics or Dogtra.

+1 on www.collarclinic.com Sport dog also sells a pretty good inexpensive e-collar.

I bought a 2-dog DT systems unit from ebay last fall for $117 including shipping. One of the collars appeared to have never been used. Lots of options, decent prices.
