Is there a better holster for the Champion pistol? The one that I have from LCS seems to swallow the pistol. Nothing more annoying than fighting to get your pistol out as the bird flies away.

Can’t help re a specific holster, but a couple other things work for me. If I’m using a holster, I start removing my gun on the way to the dog so as to be ready. This works for steady dogs or if you have a helper to hang on to the cc for you. Or, if you don’t already have one, have a gunsmith put a D ring in the bottom of the grip and then use a lanyard on a beltloop so the gun can go in a back pocket but not get lost.
