Where to take young dog to get into birds

I have a five month old English setter that is coming along great. I’ve been working him on pigeons and would love to take him somewhere to really get him into some birds. I live in north Alabama and have taken him to a couple of local wma and several places where I used to find birds. I’m interested in taking a weekend trip somewhere to get him into some birds. Any suggestions?
