Isn't Chris Goegan over that way?

I've never worked with him. I know that he's on the road a lot and wins quite a bit.

Best regards, Greg J.

There are several people in that area. Chris G, Bill Tate(Brit Person), and the South Cyahoga Bird Dog Club. http://www.hunterstrial.com/

You can try this link or you can Private Message SFK for more info. They train every weekend up there.

Good Luck

You might want to PM jetto on this board. She uses a guy named Jesse who has done a really great job with her Brittanys (it was just announced that her Jet was the ABDCO Ohio Gun Dog Over All Winner & Amateur Gun Dog Winner of the 2007 year and Tilly was the Derby of the year).

If so, Jesse is a Pointer fella that married setter gal.

Andy Zoll ,has many years of successful experience and has worked with Brittanys. Located just off of I-71 in Bellville. Just South of Mansfield. 419-886-4030 cedarcreekkennelbellville.com
Looking for a club, I would suggest The Buckeye Brittany Club with club membership you also receive a monthely magazine telling of all the Brittany happenings in the country , some interesting articles , and many contacts.

Hi,
Yep Jesse has done a real good job for us with all of our dogs- Brits & Irish Setters. Our 2 year old bitch is with him as I write this. We've also worked with Andy Zoll and he's another good guy. If you want someone to get your dog started at trials though Jesse would be the way to go since Andy doesn't field trial anymore. Jesse can get the Brittanys started but doesn't go to "Brit only" trials so you would need to take over handling duties or find someone who does go to the Brittany trials to pursue that Brit major for the FC. Jean Webb in Circleville, Ohio is a "setter" person who also trains quite a few Brittanys and has finished FC's on several of them.

If you are interested in club activities Buckeye Brittany Club is holding our annual specialty show this Saturday at the Marion Co Fairgrounds in Marion, OH. Sweeps starts at 12:15 and regular classes at 1 pm. We'll have a 50/50 raffle, picnic and club meeting after. If you need anymore info just PM me. Kristi
