Who is going and how many dogs? Our dogs will be there with Rich of Outbak Kennels but we are not going..Used to be a 3 day, 40 dog limited, amateur and open gun dog stakes and generally a great trial.

If you are going, post it up. Elroy's Bandit, are you going?

Used to be the weekend before Eastern Iowa instead of the same weekend. I would much rather compete in both trials instead of having to choose between the two.

Yea I will also be at Eastern Iowa instead because they are the same weekend and Iowa has a 45 min shooting dog classic also. I am surprised that Barber is going to Dearborn instead of Iowa and running in the Hawkeye classic as he did last year.

Might be a customer deal, she does not live too far from Ft. Dearborn and she has been a member and officer of the club forever. Mrs. Lynn H is wonderful and that would be my guess.

Aren't you guys confusing trials? The Fort Dearborn GSP is this coming weekend. It is the GSP of Illinois that competes with the GSP of Eastern Iowa beginning April 17.

Yes, the Eastern Iowa is not until next weekend, followed by the Hawkeye. The conflict is with the GSPCI Trial & the Eastern Iowa the weekend of the 17th. I am sure because I am also going to be at Palo next week and am registered.
Jerry, I will be at the Dearborn this weekend and hopefully the weather will be better than last spring.

I always thought that the Hawkeye was a NGSPA hour championship?

OLGD was run today as well as most of the AA. OLGD 1-2 to Barbers dogs, Bill Padavano's took 3rd and I think Vicari's took 4th. Not 100% sure, but I think thetre was still a brace or two left of the AA. OGD will follow tomorrow morning

Got a call from Rich and my 16 montyh old derby in her 2nd trial was the winner. Looks like we have something here.

Gonna get broke now, end of the line for derby.

Congratulations to Rich Barber of Outbak Kennels for putting her feet on the right path.

Nice job with your pup Jerry!! I had family commitments today,(trying to keep piece) so I missed puppy derby & AGD. The puppy was won by kent Harter's little guy and 2nd -4th went to the pups on Dennis Braths string. Amatuer was witheld.
