The Iowa Brittany Club's AKC Licensed Spring Hunt Test will be held on Saturday, April 9th and Sunday, April 10th, 2011 at the Steelclay Shooting Sports LLC facility in Eddyville, Iowa (just south of Oskaloosa, Iowa). All stakes are open to all AKC registered pointing breeds. Entries close on Wednesday, April 6, 2011.
The AKC Performance Events Department is experimenting with judges riding 4-wheelers at Hunt Test events. The Iowa Brittany Club is excited to announce it has been chosen to be part of this experiment at their upcoming Spring Hunt Test. There has not been any change to Regulations, and judges riding 4-wheelers may not be allowed in the future. The Performance Event Department will be interested in feedback from Hunt Test participants, judges, committees and observers. You may provide your thoughts to the field representative at the event and/or e-mail your comments to huntingtest@akc.org.
