Basic Training - Saturday June 23, 2007 - First 20 to sign up $125 On Saturday we will be having a basic training and obedience-training seminar. This will be a start to finish discussion and hands on seminar to get your dog started correctly. We will be going over nutrition and the value of exercise at a young age.
Topics such as: · Starting your pup when you get it home. · Getting you pup on birds (we will be using live birds)· Getting your pup ready for training. (Teach before you train) · Introduction to the Gun· Force breaking· HonoringWe have received very positive responses to previous training seminars.
Advanced Training - Sunday June 24, 2007 - First 15 to sign up $200 On Sunday we will be going over getting your dog ready to be a master class hunter. This will include steadying up, training steady to wing, shot, and fall. We will look at some dogs that are master broke and dogs that are being master broke. This will be a hands on event, so we will be shooting pigeons and getting your dog on birds.
Topics such as:· Importance of retrieving to hand · Getting ready for steadying up and steadying to wing, shot, and fall. · What it takes to be a master hunter. From the breed and the owner.We provide the many secrets in the success of Top Gun Kennel that we have learned in over 12 years of breeding, raising, and training pointing dogs.
We will only be Taking the first 20 handlers for Saturday, and 15 on Sunday. If you are interested please sign up fast. If you choose, you can participate both days, or if one seems to fit you more than the other you can come for one of the two days. Lunch and snacks will be provided each day. 50% deposit required with your registration.

Hey Pear,
I see Steve is taking his training seminars on the road. Went to his yearly seminar he puts on near his home each spring when I purchased my pup from him last year. Great 2 day presentation with lots of detailed information and hands on to boot.
