I've checked the AKC website for field trials and gotten some info - but I thought I'd ask here. Anyone know of any that are scheduled for the fall/winter in Virginia. Would love to go and just watch.
Thanks!

You can also check the American Field website for their calendar of events.

I don't know if their events are on the AKC website yet but the Old Dominion Vizsla Club puts on a quality event.

Re: Trials/Hunt Tests in VA
Sandy,
There are a couple that are pretty close in MD. And I am going to help with one of those that the Conestoga Vizsla Club is going to put on in Md, Oct 3/4. I do not think that it is on the AKC website yet.
There is also a North American Versatile Dog Hunting Association (NAVDHA), club in Rappahanock that hold HT's.
Your best bet, that is close to you is the Old Dominion Vizsla club that someone had already listed. They run at a couple of different places. One is a WMA down next to the NC border and one is Phelps WMA and I believe that they have ran it at someone's personal farm before. Not for sure about that.
Other than that I do not know, my dog got his JH last year and we are no where near ready to move on in any way.
