Is there a website or a publication that has a schedule for bird dog trials in my area. I live near st louis mo.

depends if your looking for AKC or American Field Events?

AKC - check "Event and Award Search" on AKC website
American Field - The Sportman's Newspaper of America

Or you can check with clubs from your state.

The Gateway GSP club of St. Louis is a very good one. You can get the dates and places by state on the AKC website,

There will be 2 major American Field championships and an AKC trial at Pyramid State Park right there in southern Illinois, near Duquoin. Will last about 3 weeks in March.

Gateway GSP had one horseback trial last year. This year they plan to have two horseback trials. One on March 7th and the other sometime in October.

For other events follow High Roll-N-Angel's advice on previous post. Be careful though... its addictive!

I believe the Ozark GSP Club is holding its horseback trial the end of Feb. they asked Randy to judge. It will be at Grove Springs, MO. Check out AKC website like they said to get details.
