The NGSPA Region 2 Championship will be held at the English Setter Club in Medford, NJ starting April 17.

Region 2 ran its Championship this weekend at the English Setter Club at Medford N.J. This Championship is the oldest NGSPA event in the country and has a very long history of being one of the most competitive. This year was no exception with a number of dogs competing and putting down, what can only be described as a performances that “could have won it at any other time”.
Our Amateur Shooting Dog Champion is: Tulli’s Sticker Shock (Millie), owned and handled by Joe Amatulli.
Runner up Champion is Preacher’s Sporting Lady (Chick) owned by Tom Oswald, handled by Tom, but after his sex change operation, now Mandy.
Our Open Shooting Dog Champion is Tulli’s Shelby (Shelby), owned and Handled by Joe Amatulli.
Runner-up Champion is Preacher’s Sporting Lady (Chick) owned by Tom Oswald, handled by Matt Basilone.
Our Derby Classic winner is Tulli’s Cajun Thunder (Hannah), owned by Frank Verret handled by Joe Amatulli.
2nd was Preachers Contraband (Jack) owned by Tom Oswald, handled by Matt Basilone
3rd was Alpenblick’s Billy (Billy), owned and handled by Helmut Schoen.
This trial, over all is simply a lot of laughs, a good time was had by all and we were all kept well feed by my wife Trudy.
