2010 NGSPA Pheasant Championship

We Currently have 12 Derby entries. The plan is to start at 10 AM Friday Nov.5. The ASD will start Saturday at 7:30 AM. We currently have 32 dogs. We plan to run 7 braces per day ,barring crashes.The OAA will follow the ASD with 15 dogs, followed by the OSD 40 dogs.

Congrats to Mark Hill/Chris Goegan on Brat's win and to Jerry's 2nd & 3rd in the Derby. Also big congrats to Fred Ryan on Hoodies runner up in the ASDC and to trainer Dan DiMambro woohoo way to go all.

Rumor has it that Goegan won the AA with Kane and took R/U with Dixe.
Gratz to all owners/handlers who took placements!
Molly (Good Time One Shot Wonder), The winner of the ASD, is owned by a good friend of mine. I am sure will be seeing more of Molly as she isn't even 3 yet and is already a heck of a dog!

What happened to the OSD?? I thought that started yesterday and runs through tomorrow?? Any word?

Was down at the Pheasant Sat. and yesterday. They got through 5 braces of the Open Shooting dog yesterday.
All Age
Winner: Kane - W/Goegan
Runner Up: Dixie W/ Goegan
Huge congrats to Chris Young, Jennifer Sheehan and Molly (Good Time One Shot Wonder) on winning the Amateur Shooting Dog. Couldn't have happen to two nicer people than Chris and Jennifer.

All I know is that Chris Goegan won and got runner up in the Open Shooting Dog Championship. Sorry Dennis didn't remember the dogs' names.

Congratulations to all the winners! The Ohio contingent really put a dent in the hardware taken back home.
To the Pheasant Association a big thank you for a great trial... how do you manage to bring such good weather to the Chesapeake each year!!! Eileen and I are looking forward to next year already. Good friends, great dogs, good times.
