Houtson Area Clubs and Events

I am looking to get introduced to the gun dog community around the Houston area. Does anyone have any information on and club events (any club that is involved with gun dogs, breed specific or general, doesnt matter) or regional events around the Houston, TX area? Any info would be appreciated! Thanks!

The Gulf Coast club is agood and a very active club, check the AKC events page for next trial and numbers
