NGSPA Pheasant Championship will be held on Nov 4 to conclusion at Wye Island in MD. Derby will be first on Friday, Nov 4, followed by ASD, OAA and OSD in that order.

I will only be there for the ASD. Hope to see some of you there.

I heard the derby stake was cancelled due to low entries. Any other changes to the running?

Good deal, Thanks Brian.
Do you have any idea on how many All Age and Derby braces that they have. When do you think the Open Shooting Dog will start.

Thanks! Yeah, her name is Daisy. Jagermiester's Dollop of Daisy. She's out of my Jäger avatar dog. Just turned 3 in Oct. First hour stake she's ever run, first time at Wye. She did come in runner up in the derby at the All Breed in Il in 2010. We're proud of her for sure. A lot of hard work& time paid off.

Thanks Robert, not bad for her just turning 3 year old. It was the largest amateur stake in the 38 years of the Pheasant Championship. 35 dog entry. She sure looked nice rolling through the country with power. I would be remissed if I didn't give thanks to Chris Goegan her trainer and Chris Young "THE SCOUT". Everyone is aware of Goegan and what he has/is accomplishing, and Chris Young won this thing last year.
